Sideline cheerleading program for K-4th grade students combines the excitement of cheerleading with a focus on values and principles of the Christian faith. The program is designed to promote physical fitness, teamwork, and character development, while also providing opportunities for spiritual growth and fellowship. The program includes practices and games where students learn and perform cheers, tumbling and stunting.
We have 2 separate teams to join and we utilize the Catholic United model. You choose to participate in CUE or CUW (Catholic United East or Catholic United West). You will choose which team during registration. CUE is typically schools that feed into Catholic Central High School and CUW is typically schools that feed West Catholic High School. Depending on the number of participants depends on how many teams within each program we will have.
Safety first:
Cheering at football games can be both overwhelming and exciting for youth cheerleaders. Cheering at events is a great way to build confidence and promote school spirit and values. However, there are some precautions that need to be taken to ensure a successful experience. We ask that our team members adhere to the following sideline cheer safety rules when cheering at football games.
Safety rules:

Flag Football Games:
The Blue and White teams will cheer alternating weekends. If you would like to attend any non-scheduled or all games, you are welcome to! Please let us know by sending a message through team chat, the deadline is the Wednesday practice before the game. This will allow us to place your cheerleader into formation at practice.
